    As someone who worked in video post production for a long time and has seen the moon landing material I struggled to believe what I have seen was created by filming a TV… So I googled it and it turns out that the copies we see are usually from CBS news who kept and archive the material properly. There are other versions (less commonly used) which are from ‘kinescopes’ which are a device used to match the frame rate and frequency of a video player and recorder and locking them together physically so they don’t move.
