5 Things You Should Know – Part 316

Here are 5 things you should know.

1. Here is a website www.chipdrop.com where you can get free wood chips to use as mulch for your ward.

Do you need free wood chips to use as mulch for your yard? There is a website www.chipdrop.com. The only caveat is you got to take the whole truckload and then spend hours/days to spread it as we are doing now.

2. If you take a loved one to the airport and it’s hard for you to say good-bye, you can request an escort pass to go through security and all the way to the gate with them until they board the plane.

Because in the good old days before airport security existed, loved ones were able to walk all the way to the gate and say farewell. With the escort pass and valid ID, you pass through security with no problem and get to spend more quality time with your loved one.

Caveat: the ticketing agent and the loved one both have the right to say yes or no to the issuance of the escort pass.

3. 3,000 areas in the U.S. have lead poisoning rates double those in Flint.

A Reuters investigation found high lead levels in numerous areas of the U.S. recently.

Lead can cause severe health problems.

You can look up whether your area is affected, and purchase a certified filter to clean your water.

Also, Lead paint is a major concern in these affected areas.

If you live in military housing, the government did something following the report, so this may not apply to you.

CNN has also produced a report, specifically about lead in drinking water

4. Homeless shelters are asked for socks over any other items by the homeless. If you’re looking to help, the dropping off a fresh pack will go along way for relatively cheap.

It also helps prevent frostbite, bacterial infection, and provides good warmth.

5. Shady sellers on Amazon can make an item appear to have thousands of good reviews by switching a new item into another item’s listing and it isn’t extremely obvious at a quick glance.

It is possible for Amazon sellers to take a product with good reviews and switch in another product that may not be very good. An easy way to spot this is by looking at the questions people have asked and the older reviews. The questions and reviews will be about a different item. For example, a screen protector with questions about expiration dates, refrigeration, and milligrams of certain chemical compounds.

Search: “[2 Pack] Yoyamo [Tempered Glass] BC820 Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy Note 9 [Case Friendly], Black” As an example of this.
