Over the years, mugshots of famous people have been shared all over social media. Here are some of the most infamous celebrity arrests of all time. ## 1. On June 17, 1994, O.J. Simpson was involved in a hot police chase across California. Driving his Ford Bronco, The Juice, as he is popularly known, gave the police a run for their money. The chase was aired live on National TV. As it turned out, O.J. Simpson was fleeing after his buddy and ex-wife were found dead. He was arrested and declared innocent on the same day. However, two years later, a civil court found him guilty of battering the two. The former American Football actor was asked to pay the families a fine of $33.5 million. Unfortunately, O.J.’s case has been one of the most controversial trials in America. ## 2. Based on these accusations, Bill Cosby would drug most of the women before performing the mentioned heinous acts. Bill was arrested in 2015 and retried in 2018. However, he was released in 2021 because of an agreement with a prosecutor called Bruce Castor. ## 3. R. These allegations started in the 90s and went through to the early 2000s. However, it was not until the release of the documentary dubbed “Surviving R. Kelly” that he was charged with ten counts of aggravated criminal sexual assault. The singer was first arrested (with relation to the charges) on July 11, 2019, where he was granted bail but was re-arrested within the same year. At the time of writing this article, R. Kelly is serving 30 years in prison. This wasn’t the first time the RnB singer was arrested for sexual misconduct. ## 4.
