I’m pretty sure back pain is not a symptom of digital eye strain… It often goes along with it because people looking at devices are often sitting for hours in a sedentary manner. You don’t need to be looking at a device for that, you could equally be reading books or doing something else low energy in a static position for too many hours in a day.

When people’s eyes are strain they often lean forward or lean too far back causing back problems.
