22. Star Trek The Original Series was groundbreaking in its day, though now more than half a century later, it seems extremely tame. The first interracial kiss on TV, got an episode banned across the southern states. Stuff like that. Plus, well, everything Trek. An optimistic vision of a future, at the height of the Cold War. A multiracial Federation of worlds pursuing science and exploration.

26. Raised by wolves on HBO is totally cool. I think it starts a bit slow, but it is with it. Season 2 is about to be released in early Feb. I think.

28. The Magicians. It’s a mature take on some of the tropes in Harry Potter and Chronicles of Narnia while being very witty and funny. It takes a lot of unexpected turns in the plot and has a very intriguing world and mythos. The way they study and use magic is also really cool IMO. All 5 seasons are on Netflix last I checked; couldn’t recommend it enough.
